At Alma da Rua Gallery, our commitment is to ensure that your artwork reaches you with total security and speed. We understand the importance of your new acquisition, and for that reason, we dedicate special attention to every step of the shipping process.
Secure Packaging
All artworks are carefully packed using high-quality materials and specialized techniques to ensure their protection during transit. Our goal is for your piece to arrive in perfect condition, exactly as it left the gallery.
Delivery Times and Methods
To meet your needs, we offer different shipping options:
São Paulo Capital (Express Delivery): For customers located in the city of São Paulo, we offer same-day delivery via courier (motoboy) for orders confirmed and paid by 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
National Shipping (Brazil): For deliveries elsewhere in Brazil, we use the services of Correios (National Post). Delivery times vary depending on the location and the shipping method chosen (PAC or SEDEX) at the time of purchase. You can track your order status using the provided tracking code.
International Shipping: We deliver to various countries using DHL Express, one of the world's most reliable global logistics companies. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once payment is confirmed and the artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. With this code, you can follow every stage of the delivery directly on the responsible carrier's website.
Important Considerations
Delivery times are estimates and may change due to external factors (e.g., strikes, adverse weather conditions, holidays, etc.).
Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct to avoid delays or returns. In the event of an incorrect address, reshipping may incur additional costs.

Availability Policy
At Alma da Rua Gallery, we have the privilege of offering an exclusive selection of one-of-a-kind artworks, representing the originality and singular talent of each artist. It is important to understand that these works are exclusive pieces, with no reproductions or identical copies.
Artwork Exclusivity
Each work classified as "Unique" (One-of-a-kind) in our collection is an original and singular creation by the artist. This means there is no other piece exactly like it available in our inventory or anywhere else. The artwork you acquire is genuinely unique.
Purchase Process and Availability
The availability of a unique work is guaranteed only at the moment of purchase and payment confirmation. Due to its exclusive nature, the artwork will be removed from our online catalog as soon as the purchase process is finalized by a customer.
Purchase Priority: Purchases are confirmed in the order of payment. If there are multiple interested parties for the same unique work, priority will be given to the customer whose payment is processed and confirmed first.
Unavailability Notices: Although our system is updated rapidly, in rare cases of simultaneous interest, a unique work may appear as available while already in the final stages of purchase by another customer. In these instances, we will contact you immediately to inform you of the unavailability and, if possible, suggest alternatives.
